Car accident
So Friday night was supposed to be a nice party with a bunch of friends, hangin out and just having fun. Then it turns out to be a car accident. I got hit from behind by a friend going 40 mph, everyone is okay, and thankfully Elliot wasn't in the car, he was home with daddy. Nicole and I got whiplash pretty good, and Stephanie got a couple burns from her air bags going off. It was a big mess, our car is pretty totaled but at least it can run, not so much drivable, but Stepanie's car is dead, they had to tow her car out of their, since we were only a mile from my sisters house we decided to drive it there and leave it in their drive way. All weekend long we have been doing all this car stuff and it kinda sux! I still gotta do like a million things, we're getting a lawyer to help us out. My neck isn't that bad, but someone told me give it 2 weeks and then I'll start feeling the pain, right now it hurts when I drive in a car or if I tighten my neck muscles. My aunt is going to make an appointment with her doctor to get an MRI, anyway we’ll post more info about the accident when we get more info.
We're hoping we can figure everything out soon.

Oh my gosh! I'm so glad everyone is okay and that Elliot was safe at home with dad! I hope you are alright. Get checked out soon!
So sorry to hear about the accident, but am glad that no one got seriously hurt!
FYI, here's some info that I cut and pasted from teh WWW that I believe is accurate re: car accidents in UT:
No Fault Insurance
1. Utah's "No Fault" law was enacted to provide certain immediate benefits for all victims of an automobile accident, regardless of who was at fault.
2. Each insurer of a vehicle in which a person is injured will provide payment of typical expenses caused by personal injury, called "PIP": Personal Injury Protection. An injured person must make their claim to the insurer of the car in which the victim was injured. If the injuries are not serious enough to reach the "threshold," the victim receives nothing further.
3. If the injuries reach the legal "threshold" the victim may then make claim against the driver of a vehicle who was legally liable (at fault) in the accident. The "threshold" is an injury which (a) requires over $3,000.00 in medical treatment, or (b) causes permanent injury or (c) disfigurement. After the threshold is met, the victim may make further claim against the responsible driver's insurance company.
It sounds like you'll be covered by the no-fault laws, since none of the injuries sound serious enough to fall under the three categories listed at the end.
